This program caught my eye due to the fact I had seen the results it produced for my Coach Jamey Sing. I followed his instructions, got into a controlled intake pattern and documented my meals. My wife and daughter enjoy the meals I cook and we all have seen the difference in health for us all.
I started out at 217.7 pounds when I started the TLS challenge. I lost 18.5 pounds. 2” in my waist. For exercise I started with 2 miles, three times a week, of walking. I now walk 5 miles, 4 times a week, and look forward to adding more to my activity schedule.
